What’s your return policy?

If you receive a product that is damaged, please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements for replacement pending your return of the damage item.

Return any of our products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. You will need to pay for the return shipping. If the product is received undamaged, you will be issued a credit for a future purchase.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. I will estimate the shipping cost and will add that to the cost of the item(s) which the customer will need to pay via a check prior to shipping.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! If you are not satisfied with a specific item, you may return it to us and have your money for the cost of the item refunded. However you will need to pay for the cost of shipping and the shipping costs are not refundable.
